GRAHAM INVESTMENT GROUP (GIG) is a real-estate investment company founded in 2003 , by owner -Investor Teresa Ann Graham.
Graham began to explore investment opportunities with husband Michael Graham in the mid 1990's where she planted her feet in the real estate market beginning with the purchase of her first property which was a fixer-upper in New Jersey. She later went onto purchase and acquire multi-family units, custom home building, Condos and other real-estate investments including properties in much need of TLC followed by her long time passion of interior design.
Teresa and Michael really carved out a niche for themselves parlaying with real estate, spanning from New Jersey to Atlanta as well as North Carolina by purchasing income producing rentals and distressed properties including their most recent international new construction endeavor in Tulum, Mexico.
