How did we get in the “swing” of things? Well I don’t have one simple answer but I’m sure it all started when we got bit by the real-estate bug in 1994 when we purchased our first property, fixed it up and sold it making over $100,000.00 on the deal.

“ We took most of that money to use as a down payment to build our very first custom home”

We built this custom home at a purchase price of $297,000 and later sold it for $620,000.

That’s over a $320,000 profit. This really got the ball rolling with our real-estate company and other businesses.

So having fun building wealth with my best friend has a little something to do with it, not to mention that we are each other’s biggest supporters. We have experienced much of this 30 year journey together , purchasing income producing properties, flipping homes and making roller-coaster decisions as a team all along the ride.

Together, we agree on important key elements from spiritual to financial that has given us rewarding and fulfilling results in our lives: We always make it a point to not bring ourselves down to a level where someone else thinks we should be or let anyone put us inside a box, we strategically seize opportunities as they come trusting we’re divinely equipped to meet every challenge.

Now of course we have also made some mistakes or as I like to call it “Learning Opportunities". I call them learning opportunities because I know they are necessary for our soul's evolutionary growth...And there can be no growth without change or adjustment . One of the first laws of nature is that “change is constant”. I wrote about this in my book Journey to the Throne. So we have made a commitment to embracing this constant by getting in the swing of things as they change!
