We have maintained long term tenants at this property at Rossmoor because it is such an extraordinary place to live. Voted one of NJ’s best places to live in 2001 & 2002 and here’s why:

Rossmoor Village is an award-winning active community in Monroe Township set in Middlesex County, New Jersey. It was built to look like an old New England village, complete with old-fashioned street lamps.
