I love real estate but it has always been a dream of mine to combine my love of real estate, investing, creativity, design and an inspiration to help others. Even when I was a young teenager, I was obsessed with creating, designing and changing the atmosphere of my space. My mom would come in my room and everything would be changed around. In fact, sometimes she would later go and change her room around. I’m not sure that I knew it at the time but that was “inspiration” My dad thought we were nuts.
Fast forward and decades later after college and holding a senior position, It’s official!!! I’m a corporate escapee since 2020. I must admit that I’ve always wanted the freedom to create, travel and do “my own thing”. Whenever, I didn’t have the freedom to travel and be creative to do my own thing; I felt stifled. Alternatively, I am so grateful to have worked in Corporate America for over 2 -1/2 decade’s as a Senior Accountant, because it has assisted me in financing my investment endeavors.
Nonetheless, I have always kept my primary focus on Real Estate by purchasing income producing properties and traveling. I am obsessed with real estate and the concept of entrepreneurship. What I love most about real-estate if done strategically , is that you do the work once and get rewarded infinitely from passive income. Most importantly, there is no ceiling on the income you can receive.
What I love most about entrepreneurship is “the entrepreneur spirit” , “the freedom to do me”. Meaning, that not only could I have the freedom to travel, explore and parlay my inner creative juices but that I could have the opportunity to build wealth and a legacy for my family while doing the things that I love the most, which is TRAVELING and all things REAL ESTATE!
